(Rental Agreement)

Payment Plan: Renter shall pay a 50% reservation fee at the time of booking unless otherwise discussed with a Canopy Dream associate. If payment is not received on time, the requested date will not be held. The balance of the payment is required seven (7) days prior to your party date. 

Cancellation Policy: We don't offer refunds for requests to cancel a party.  We will work with you to reschedule to a different date as required. 

Use of Equipment: Renter agrees that the items will only be used at the address listed on contract, and only for the purpose for which it was intended and manufactured. Subleasing or improper use is prohibited.

Equipment Failure: You agree to immediately discontinue the use of rented items should it at any time become unsafe or in a state of disrepair, and will immediately (one hour or less) notify Canopy Dream of the facts. Canopy Dream agrees at our discretion to make the items operable in a reasonable time, or provide a like items if available, or make a like item available at another time, or adjust rental charges, The provision does not relieve renter from obligations of contract. In all events Canopy Dream shall not be responsible for injury or damage resulting in failure or defect of rented item.

Party Items Damage/Lost or Stolen: Any damages or lost/stolen rental equipment will incur a cost equal to is replacement. Smoking, Pets, Makeup, Food, and/or Drinks are prohibited inside of our canopies. Any stains inside or outside the tents will result in a cleaning fee of $50.

Site Preparation: Renter agrees to have site cleaned and ready for delivery and setup of the equipment, and agrees to pay any additional charges for any delay incurred along with any labor charges resulting in renter's failure to do so. We reserve the right to exit immediately due to illegal activity or rude and disrespectful clients. You will be charged the full price of the party.

Delivery & Pickup: Delivery and pickup shall be at the convenience of, and at the time designated by Canopy Dream. Renter agrees to pay a service charge for each extra delivery or pickup call required by Canopy Dream.

Liability to Third Parties: The business will not be held responsible for accidental damage caused by your guests. We assume no responsibility or liability for accidents or damage caused during your party. Additionally, we will not be liable for claims for personal injury or death while using our equipment during your hire period.
